I sell a variety of confectionery, including fudges, truffles, traditional sweets and hot chocolate spoons. Occasionally I will bake some traditional biscuits, if I have time!

No.  All my sweets are made from traditional Victorian or Edwardian recipes and artificial sweeteners were not available in those days.

Whilst there is a full list of ingredients on each packet (as required by Natasha's Law), I do not list all ingredients on the website due to lack of space, although all 14 notifiable allergens are listed for each product as necessary. I hold a Food Standards Agency certificate in Food Allergies & Intolerance.

If you have a more unusual allergy/intolerance, do please contact me individually asking about that specific ingredient before ordering.

Please note that all products are prepared in a kitchen where gluten and nuts are used.  While all hygiene procedures are meticulously followed in the preparation of all the items, I can not guarantee they are free of these ingredients.

Items marked (V) are vegetarian, items marked (Ve) are vegan.

If there is neither then unfortunately the item is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

I use a beef gelatine rather than the standard pork gelatine as this makes them suitable for people who don't eat pork for religious (or other) reasons. 

Yes, standard delivery is by Royal Mail, second class post.  The cost is £5.00 including packaging and covers you for up to two kilos (about ten bags) of beautiful, tasty confectionery.  Why not make it worth your while and order several items at once - because I know you'll be back for more!
